I was unable to buy a replacement cap for my hot tub, as it is now obsolete. After wasting approx £60 unsuccessfully trying to find something that would do the job, I contacted Impossible Creations. They made a replica from the broken cap and it fits perfectly, no more leaks. It only took a week to make; it cost £80 design fee, plus £24 for the cap, so if I ever need another one it would only be £24 going forward. Customer service was great and I would definitely go back to them if I ever needed anything else. I am very pleased with my product – 5 stars!

I had a fantastic experience with Impossible Creations. I was looking for a unique wedding present for my best friend and knew I had found the right place from my first phone call. Laura helped me come up with the idea of a charm that could be attached to a ribbon and wrapped around their marriage certificate. I was sent an image of the design and they adapted anything I asked to be changed. The final project was amazing and my friends loved it! I would recommend them to anyone.
