Impossible Creation’s apprenticeships received recognition in 2014, when the company was awarded Small Employer of the Year in the South East region at the National Apprenticeship Awards 2014. The company was also listed in the Top 100 Apprentice Employers list in 2014. We decided investing in apprenticeships would be a good way to grow our workforce. We took on our first apprentice in August 2011 and have brought on two more since then.
